Corn carpet

The trip today brought me to Jerzmanowice, on the photo you see the view from the eastern side of the rock 502 (there is a cornfield). The name comes from the beginning of the XX century, when the high of the mountain was measured as 502 m, new measurement methods say that the high is 513m, but the old name remained. This is the 2nd highest peak in Jura and a great view point (you can even see the Tatra mountains from the western side).

Dzisiejszy wyjazd zaprowadził mnie do Jerzmanowic, na zdjęciu widok z zachodniej strony skały 502 (jest tam pole kukurydzy). Nazwa ta pochodzi z początku XX w. kiedy to wysokość góry określono na 502 m, dzisiejsze metody pomiarowe wskazują na 513 m, ale stara nazwa pozostała. Jest to drugi co do wysokości szczyt Jury i świetny punkt widokowy (od wschodniej strony widać nawet Tatry).
